Abstract

Experiencing child abuse may manifest into posttraumatic symptoms if untreated. Other contextual factors can be related to posttraumatic symptoms manifested in adulthood, such as perception of social support. The current study observed how a history of child abuse correlates to perceived social support in a sample of veterans with PTSD.
