Conflict Management Mediates the Relationship between Team Conflict and Team Outcomes

We explored the mediating role of conflict management in the relationships between team conflict, team member satisfaction, and effectiveness outcomes. Conflict management strategies mediated the negative effects of relationship and task conflict on team outcome variables. We provide recommendations for developing strong conflict management skills for team-based work effectiveness.
