The Role of Self-Efficacy in Enhancing Resilience and Grit Among College Students

The relationships of self-efficacy, resilience, and grit were examined. Past research indicates that resilience and grit lower anxiety. Current findings showed that high self-efficacy resulted in both high resilience and high grit. Implications for the role of self-efficacy in enhancing resilience and grit exist, thereby potentially reducing anxiety.
