Abstract
College students’ social interactions, physical activity, and outdoor exposure were monitored as part of a longitudinal study that adopted a self-report and sensor-based “life tracking” approach. While distinct predictors emerged for positive and negative components of subjective well-being, perceived quality of social interactions and sleep emerged as common factors.
