Does Retrieval Practice Enhance Music Learning?

Abstract
This study examines retrieval practice in music memorization. Thirty participants who can play basic musical notes on a keyboard participated. Participants learned the musical notes either with retrieval practice or restudying. Results on the performance during learning and memory accuracy will be discussed.
