The Effect of Boredom on Buying Activity: Methodological Issues of Studying Boredom.

Abstract
In a series of three experiments preceded by two pilot studies we aimed at verifying whether the state of boredom has an impact on engaging in behavior related to buying. We also explored methodological issues of manipulating boredom, namely participants attrition in on-line and lab studies.
