Abstract

The quantitative, correlational study examined if and to what extent leadership self-efficacy (LSE) among law enforcement female officers with multiple demographic covariates predicted their motivation to lead. The regression analyses provided empirical evidence that LSE with and without demographic covariates statistically significantly predicted motivation to lead.
