Abstract
Collapsing across 24 experiments conducted by our lab using meta-analyses, we found consistent evidence for racial bias in pain perception and treatment, generalizing across task parameters and stimuli. Moreover, these gaps in perception are related to dehumanization, segregation, and explicit racial bias.
