Not All Heroes Wear Capes: College Students Benefit from, and Hope for, Relational Mentoring

Undergraduate survey respondents with a mentor scored higher on scales of well-being, aspirational goals, and reported more holding behaviors associated with high quality relational mentoring than respondents with a former, but no current, mentor. Imagined or sought after mentoring affiliations also described relational mentoring with gender differences in holding behaviors.
