Answering Prequestions Enhances Learning, but Only When You Notice Them

Abstract

Answering prequestions benefits learning of video lecture materials; however, this benefit only occurs when the same questions are asked at both pretest and posttest, and is further restricted to prequestioned information that an individual is able to notice during the lecture.
