Psychological Profile of Serial Innovators

"Serial innovators" are people who have created at least two inventions in the context of large organizations. The study takes the term to a broader context to understand the characteristics these individuals possess. Existing literature is explored and researcher interviews are analyzed in the process of creating a psychological profile.
