Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a measure of internalized homophobia and biphobia in sexual minorities. A factor analysis conducted on the new items revealed two conspicuous factors: internal conflict and societal stigma. Finalization of the instrument along with implications for utilizing this instrument are discussed.
