The Influence of Sleep Duration and Sleep Quality on Emotions during Exercise in College Students

Abstract

We examined the interrelationships among daily sleep duration, sleep satisfaction, and emotions during exercise. Increased sleep satisfaction was related to more positive emotions during exercise, while less sleep satisfaction and sleep duration were related to more negative emotions during exercise the next day.
