Abstract

We investigated the relationship between team incivility climate, job stress, and perpetrated incivility in the military workplace. Higher job stress and more permissive team climates, but not their interaction, were each associated with greater perpetrated incivility in a sample of military personnel in the US (i.e., while not on deployment).
