Abstract

β–Amyloid(Aβ) is a core neuropathology in AD. In this work, we identified the cognitive function related to abnormal level of Aβ using various machine learning algorithm compared to MRI in a cost-effective way. The results suggest that neuropsychological marker with demographics would be useful in clinical setting.
