Abstract
This article describes results of evaluating the collected dataset from the 2000 National Education Longitudinal Study (NELS) by using Rasch techniques to provide school climate from NELS guidance and test instrument functions. The results demonstrate benefits of using Rasch techniques and the reasons for selecting Rasch measurements.
