Supportive Leadership Negatively Related to Stress and Experiences of Incivility, Harassment, and Ostracism in Military Workplaces

Abstract
We investigated the relationship between supportive and destructive leadership on adverse workplace outcomes, including stress, incivility, general harassment, and ostracism in active duty, non-deployed US military personnel. Results indicate that supportive and destructive make separate contributions, and these contributions vary by outcome.
