Abstract

This factor-analytic study establishes the psychometric properties of a brief measure of interpersonally attractive traits (i.e., agreeableness, mindfulness, warmth). An exploratory factor analysis revealed a two-factor solution, which captured the stereotypically positive (e.g., nurturing, enjoyable company) and negative traits (e.g., conflict avoidant) associated with being interpersonally attractive.
