Depression, Alcohol Consumption, and Social Support in College Student Veterans

This study examined depression, anxiety, social support, and alcohol use in student veterans. Active combat experience, PTSD, and concussion were not associated with differences in these variables. Depression was positively associated with alcohol consumption and negatively associated with social support, while anxiety was only negatively associated with social support.
