Abstract
Employees and recruiters rated perceived competence and warmth of employees with combinations of age (55, 30), sexual orientation (homosexual, non-defined), ethnicity (Arabic, Swedish) and gender. Practically important interactions emerged, such that when employees also were depicted as homosexual, perceived warmth and competence differences for Arabs versus Swedes were substantially reduced.
