Abstract

Overall, heterosexual respondents associated a target woman’s sexual orientation with her potential to have a satisfying romantic relationship, with the heterosexual target perceived as more likely to find a relationship than the asexual target. At higher levels of attributional complexity this relationship between sexual orientation and relationship potential became stronger.
