Abstract

This survey of 507 women examined a new measure of willingness to engage in proactive, sexual pleasure-seeking behaviors. Women who scored higher were significantly less likely to fake orgasms or exaggerate sexual pleasure with partners. They were also more likely to report being able to experience orgasm with a partner.
