Increased Body Shape Concerns and Early Attentional Bias Toward High-Calorie Food Cues in Individuals with Weight Suppression: Preliminary Findings

The aim of the present study was to investigate differences in self-reported body and shape concerns, and attentional processes to food cues according to weight suppression. The vulnerability of the weight suppression group to bulimic behavior may be associated with an automatic approach tendency toward high-calorie food.
