Abstract

Alcohol use disorder (AUD) is a prominent problem among college students yet most students are unaware of their hazardous drinking. Contemporary machine learning techniques were applied to Facebook data to diagnose collegiate AUD. Predictive signal within these data present Facebook as a viable, passive measure of AUD for early intervention.
