The Positive Relationship between Purposefully Deepening Expertise and Radical Creativity

Radical creativity is the formation of new ideas that significantly change something using minimal status quo commonalities as foundations (Madjar, Greenberg, & Chen, 2011). This study found that one positive contributor to radical creativity at work can be purposefully engaging in behaviors in order to deepen one’s expertise.
