Abstract
This experiment found that those raised in higher socioeconomic environments tended to eat less fruits when they were hungry, suggesting that they primarily ate unhealthy foods more essential for their caloric needs than healthy foods. However, those raised in lower socioeconomic environments ate more fruits when they were hungry.
