Abstract
The study examined co-occurrence of common health risk behaviors among college students, including binge-drinking, poor nutrition, inadequate sleep, and inadequate exercise. Results showed that the majority of students had two or more co-occurring risks and that there was a significant association between the extent of co-occurrence and mental health symptoms.
