Integrative Prioritization of Genomic Loci for Alcohol Consumption

The current study utilized experimental evidence from animal genetic studies of AUD to explain individual differences in human alcohol consumption. Analyses demonstrate that 5-10% of the total heritability of alcohol consumption was explained by the integrated geneset, while 1-5% was accounted for by regions surrounding these genes.
