Abstract

Authors see spirituality as a strong predictor of a successful entrepreneurs, who bases their company on personal values, that is, non-economic values. In the psychological literature intentions have proven the best predictor of planned behavior, including entrepreneurship. Spirituality affects positively the entrepreneurial intent, and decision-making are based on religious criteria.
