A Text Messaging Approach to Increasing Job Satisfaction and Reducing Infractions Among Early Childhood Educators

Abstract
This project utilized text messaging to reduce infractions by childcare providers. Directors of centers, ministries, and home-based childcares received weekly videos, reminders, and interaction prompts via text message related to common violations. Directors who participated in the intervention committed fewer intervention-related infractions but did not commit fewer infractions overall.
