Abstract
We investigated predictors of inter-individual variability in student physical activity. Participants continuously wore actigraph devices for ten days after completing an opt-in survey measuring trait-level characteristics. Students who experienced more school hassles took fewer daily steps. Students with more positive beliefs about the benefits of physical activity took more steps.
