Abstract

This project measured perceived stress, vitality and sleep quality during the first year of university. Students’ perceived stress associated with subjective vitality, which in turn associated with self-reported sleep quality. Thus, vitality appears to contribute to the relationship between stress and sleep quality. Further analyses and implications are discussed.
