The Moderating Effect of Gender on Cultural Agility and Intercultural Behavior

This study finds an interactive effect between cultural agility and gender on intercultural behavior, such that, for women, the level of cultural agility did not impact the level of intercultural behavior much; however, for men, higher levels of cultural agility were related to more intercultural behaviors.
