Abstract

The current study investigated the factor structure, construct validity, and reliability of a new work-life balance scale (46 items) designed to estimate the perceived equilibrium between work and nonwork activities (N = 322), and examined construct relations with measures of anxiety, stress, turnover intention, absenteeism, work engagement, and organizational commitment.
