Perceptions of Employability in Second-Generation Immigrant College Students: Acculturation Still Matters

The purpose of the present study was to assess the role of acculturation in predicting perceived employability above and beyond social support from families and friends, and subjective well-being in second generation immigrant college students. The results suggests that acculturation plays an important role in students’ prospects of employability.
