Abstract

Theoretically, spirituality relates to well-being by providing greater access to higher-level thinking patterns that emerge from perceived meaning. Using an international sample, we tested this theory with a regression model, identifying the expected relationship and show spirituality and action identification (high-level thought) predict greater perceived well-being.
