Abstract
Time-lag analyses examined school burnout and sleep quality at three time points in undergraduates (N=821). Significant autoregressive paths emerged for school burnout and sleep quality. Findings demonstrated a novel predictive relationship between the emotional exhaustion subscale (but not with cynicism or efficacy subscales) and sleep using a comprehensive sleep measure.
