Abstract

A study with 59 participants investigated the claim that female’s memory for emotional events is better than males’. Participants viewed pairs of neutral, negative or positive pictures and on a subsequent associative recognition test, they decided whether the same two pictures were paired earlier. Results showed no sex differences.
