What Should Students Do after an Exam? Influencing Post-Event Processing in Test Anxiety.

Abstract

We found that different activities students engage in directly after an exam might have an effect on the degree they ruminate about this exam. Our results suggest that distraction from the exam does not influence PEP in the short timespan of one day afterwards, but may have a delayed effect.
