No Escape: Job Insecurity and Wellbeing Among Older Workers

Using a sample of older workers we examined the relationship between job insecurity and indicators of health and well-being. The findings indicate that job insecurity remains deleterious to health and well-being even among older workers who might be able to 'escape' their insecure jobs by retiring.
