Abstract

Social-emotional dynamics are fundamental to teaching and learning but can be confounded by diversity. Using regression and canonical correlation analyses (n=133), this study explored the relationships among emotional and cultural intelligences and diversity self-efficacy. Analyses revealed multidimensional relationships between emotional and cultural intelligences. Cultural masked emotional intelligence on diversity self-efficacy.
