Abstract

The current study examined the associations between specific depressive symptoms and a range of self-damaging thoughts and behaviors (SDTBs): suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, disordered eating, and substance use. Results suggest that individual depressive symptoms have different patterns of associations with each of the SITB outcomes. Implications of results are discussed.
