Abstract

We examined how components of mindfulness self-care predicted behavioral habits in emerging adults. Results showed that (1) physical self-care predicted less fast food consumption, (2) supportive structure and mindful awareness predicted less daytime sleepiness; (3) supportive relationships predicted more days of restful sleep but also more daytime sleepiness.
