Motor Task Completion Improves Learning over Time

Abstract

This study sought to determine whether motor task completion has potential for enhancement of acute cognitive performance through modulation of motor task difficulty. The results suggested that regardless of difficulty, completion of acute simple and complex motor tasks may temporarily enhance working memory and visuospatial cognition.
