Abstract

Emerging adults’ bias against mixed-race couples was measured using the Implicit Association Test and Cross-Group Relationship Scale. IAT data supported the hypothesis that emerging adults were implicitly biased against mixed-race couples. The CGRS data supported the hypothesis that emerging adults would rate themselves as less explicitly biased than their parents.
