Abstract

Despite extant research on the negative effects of financial stress, less research has examined financial knowledge. The current study examined the indirect effect of financial knowledge on anxious/depressed problem through financial stress. Financial knowledge is associated with financial stress and indirectly anxious/depressed symptoms in the face of financial stress.
