Stressful Life Events Are Related to More Negative Interpretations, but Not Under Experimentally-Induced Stress.

In our study, participants reporting more stressful life events in the last year produced more negative interpretations of ambiguous faces than those reporting less events. However, this link was not observed in an experimentally-induced stress condition.
