Abstract

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in Parkinson’s disease was evaluated to identify predictors of cognitive decline. MCI was predicted by executive and memory performance and hallucinations, while severity was also predicted by age and visuoperceptual deficits. Development of sensitive visuoperceptual tests may improve early detection and estimation of risk for progression.
