Abstract
The present study examined the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and several organizational variables. Affective and normative commitment, job satisfaction, emotional exhaustion and organizational citizenship behavior correlated with POS. POS also correlated with trust culture and two forms of emotional labor. Leader benevolence was a significant predictor of POS.
