Abstract

This study evaluated blunted experiences and maladaptive modulation of pleasure among those with PTSD, PTSD and MDD, and controls. Blunted pleasurable experiences were found only among those with comorbid PTSD/MDD, whereas maladaptive modulation of pleasure was found in the PTSD and comorbid groups. Future directions and clinical implications are discussed.
